Jodie DeFrancescoMemberI have brown box blackeyed peas I am wanting to use for one menu. I was thinking New Year’s menu would be a good way to get them out and maybe create some buzz with students so they would try them.
Anyone have anything standardized that they like? Texas caviar? Hoppin John?
