Is there anyone who is currently doing or has done Mega Lunch? We just got word that one of our high schools is considering this as an option, so I wanted to get any information together that I can to see what others are doing. Pros/Cons, etc.

Hi Krista,

Dickinson does a mega lunch at the high school.

We remodeled about the same time as this was implemented so we were able to add serving units that allowed a quick grab and go system.
